Dr. Hinojosa provides oversight and guidance to Financial Aid, Recruitment & Scholarships, Student Data Analysis & Support, Student Service Centers, Undergraduate Admissions, and University Registrar.
She is a seasoned Enrollment Manager with over 20 years of higher education experience and an in-demand industry thought leader and speaker whose article Achievement and Retention Patterns in a Predominantly Hispanic Serving Institution of Higher Education won the Margaret Ruthven Perry Distinguished Journalism Award.
Josh Beers, Senior Vice President, Student Experience, Lancaster Bible College
Josh Beers is Senior Vice President of Student Experience at Lancaster Bible College, which includes oversight of athletics, student life, spiritual formation, alumni, financial aid, and admissions of both traditional undergraduate and adult education studies.
Josh has led his team through significant growth and transitions at LBC in the last 10 years, including acquisitions of other institutions, teach-out opportunities, and implementing new programs and systems such as a GAP year experience, which has led to the institution doubling enrollment in that time even as higher education institutions on average have experienced declines in enrollments over this same period.
Rob Sparks, Chief Marketing Officer, Campus Management
Rob Sparks is charged with expanding the global brand of Campus Management and its solutions. He brings over 20 years of higher education and technology expertise to the company.
He began his career at George Brown College in Toronto, Canada, and then joined SCT where he held leadership positions within that company, SunGard Higher Education and Ellucian, working in Europe, the Middle East and North America. Mr. Sparks then took a global assignment in the United Kingdom as VP, Product Management and Strategy, at Unit4 Business Software for Education and Research. Most recently, he served as SVP, Partner Support, at Academic Partnerships.
